OMA and RSL join forces to show the ANZAC spirit lives here

Written by OMA | 13 April 2026

The ANZAC Spirit Lives Here campaign partners (L-R):  Kieran Rogers, Sales Director, JCDecaux; Major General Stephen Day DSC AM, RSL Queensland State President; Elizabeth McIntyre, Outdoor Media Association CEO.

“It’s thanks to our long-standing partnership with the OMA that we’re able to share the importance of ANZAC Day with so many people across the country,” Major General Day said.

“Each ANZAC Day, we honour not just what was, but what still is: the spirit that shaped us as Australians – the spirit that lives with us, and in us, evermore.

“Every person who takes part in ANZAC Day helps to carry the ANZAC spirit forward. Whether you join a Dawn Service, pause at home in quiet reflection, or share stories with family and friends, every action – big or small – honours those who’ve served and shows us that the ANZAC spirit lives here.”

Commemorated annually on 25 April, ANZAC Day marks the anniversary of the Gallipoli landing in 1915 – the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand Army Corps in World War I.

While this year marks the 111th anniversary of this landing, ANZAC Day also recognises the contribution of the 1.5 million service personnel who have served our country in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations since then.

OMA CEO Elizabeth McIntyre said the partnership reflected the ongoing importance of recognising and honouring those who have served.

“Supporting ANZAC Day remains a priority for the OMA and our members. Our continued partnership with the RSL highlights a shared commitment to community connection and to recognising the service and sacrifice of Australia’s defence personnel,” Ms McIntyre said.

“By leveraging our national Out of Home network, we’re able to bring this important message into communities across the country – encouraging reflection and respect on a day of deep national significance.”

The RSL’s ANZAC Day campaign will feature on Out of Home digital advertising signs across the country from 13-25 April 2026. or more information, visit anzacspirit.com.au
