Recent Hall of Fame inductees include Colin Hindmarsh and Chris Tyquin, who were recognised at the 2026 OMA Industry Awards for their significant and lasting contributions to the industry.
Previous inductees include Brian Tyquin (2022), Daphne McPhee (2022), Kelvin Whitford (2022), Ian Woods (2023), Pierce Cody (2023), Bill Cole (2023), Brendan Cook OAM (2024), Keith Forbes (2025) and Steve O'Connor (2025).
OMA CEO Elizabeth McIntyre said the Hall of Fame recognises individuals of legendary status whose contributions to wider collective initiatives across Out of Home led to significant industry growth.
“Out of Home is built on the contributions of people who have had the vision to see where the medium could go and the determination to drive change and bring others with them,” said McIntyre.
“The Hall of Fame is about celebrating those individuals whose influence extends well beyond their own careers. They have helped shape our industry, strengthened our reputation and created opportunities for the generations that have followed.
“That might be through innovation, leadership, creativity, advocacy, measurement, business or the development of people and culture. What matters is the impact they have had on Out of Home and the legacy they have created.”
CRITERIA & HOW TO NOMINATE:
A maximum of two nominees will be welcomed into the Hall of Fame each year and will be voted on by the OMA Board.
