Acceptance of terms of use

OMA website is operated by the Outdoor Media Association Ltd ABN 89 114 528 095 (OMA). Access and use of the OMA Website is conditional on acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Liability for loss or damage

Proper law

The agreement between OMA and all users of the OMA Website is governed by and must be interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Each user unconditionally submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
