How to write a great entry
Include evidence
Include tangible metrics that show the impact your nominee has had on the business. Try to avoid vague or general statements - give specific examples that explain why they deserve to be recognised.
Show impact
In what areas has your nominee really excelled? What has the impact been on the team or the business? Were they a great mentor, educator or spokesperson for the business outside of their role. Speak from the heart.
Get multiple quotes
Try to include quotes from colleagues and clients to validate the nomination. These testimonials are also a great way to show the judges that the nominee is highly regarded by the whole team.
Make sure you are answering the question
Responding to the entry questions directly will help the judges understand your nominee and allow them to fairly compare to the other entries. Carefully review the questions before you start.
This is a tough competition
We work in an amazing industry that is full of award worthy individuals making this a close race. Writing a great entry is essential to your nominee standing out to the judges.
